Excellent company to deal with, you ring their contact number, and Immediately speak to a person, rather than recorded message with loads of options. I explained the problem with my Sky set up and they were able to organise an engineer visit the same day. Upon arrival, after some tests, the engineer had diagnosed the problem, the receiver in the dish was broken, he had the part on board, and after updating the software to the sky box, the system worked perfectly.
