I was so impressed with this company from start to finish. Having had another company come to give me a quote and said I needed a new aerial and several other things so I could get a picture on the t.vs upstairs.
The engineer from digital direct took his time and found that I needed a new box which was on my aerial and a new box connecting to my tv in the living room.. He sorted all the cables in the loft, installed the boxes and took the time to tune in every tv I had. Even the one in the kitchen that hadn’t worked for a year. He explained everything he was doing step by step. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.
