Andy gave me a call to say he was nearby and what time he would arrive by. He was even patient enough to wait whilst I joined a video call before I could get to him and tell him what was needed.
Andy was extremely professional, very polite and friendly, he took the time to understand what we wanted and explained how he could make it happen.

He also respected that I was on a work call and was able to avoid making too much noise.
I was able to leave Andy to get on with the work needed and he did so perfectly – he checked everything was working correctly before leaving and showing me how to use the functions on the tv.
He also cleaned up after himself and left everything as he found it.
Thanks so much to Andy and the team for a speedy response (we only rang you and booked in on Tuesday) we are now finally able to watch live tv without having to rely on the internet.
